spoke too soon

There is a promising little tidbit of live news today (courtesy of The 405):

"The group are also set to bring 'Apparatjik World' (iPad Magazine/new album/live performances) to 11 cities starting mid 2012 including London, Oslo and Copenhagen and their first dates in the US. More on that soon."

Between last month's iPad magazine release, yesterday's announcement of a collaborative album project with the fans and today's hint of 'dates in the US' (not just one!), I doubt I could be any more excited about 'Square Peg In A Round Hole'. Not only can the fans directly contribute to the album, but we'll be able to hear and see the result live.

So far I only have one concert on my 2012 gig calendar - Coldplay in early July with two of my best gig mates :-) I had been half-seriously considering going to see MH in London, since many friends will be there and it's most convenient for me to get to London from here. But with as little holiday as I get and Apparatjik dates in cities I love any excuse to travel to, MH has lost his tenuous place on my 2012 possible travel concert list ;-)

Now to pre-mix/re-mix/mix-mix.

p.s. If you don't have the album yet, get Draft 1 for free on Facebook (click 'Auditory' in the left menu).
